Terms and Conditions
All players in India are required to follow the 2026 Terms and Conditions. This agreement is legally binding. The document identifies eligible participants and outlines the rules for using accounts. It also details the steps involved in the KYC verification process. In addition, it specifies prohibited actions and describes the consequences for rule violations.

BC.Game Grant of Software License
In India, each player receives a non-transferable licence from the casino. This licence allows the player to access and use the software, but does not provide ownership of the product, code, or related property. BC.Game retains all rights, title, and content within the application. The account holder is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software. If the account holder violates the Terms and Conditions 2026, the site can terminate the agreement immediately. Upon cancellation, the individual must cease using the software without delay.
Disclaimer and No Warranties Policy
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Users might experience loss of access or periods when the service is unavailable. BC.Game does not guarantee the accuracy of content at all times. Errors, faults, or outages can occur. The team may update or correct content, odds, or account data as needed, without prior notice to users. BC.Game does not accept responsibility for losses caused by circumstances outside its control. In such cases, Indian law governs any liability.
General Player Obligations and Account Rules
Indian players must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Registration on BC.Game requires personal information, including name, date of birth, and email address. Applicants must verify eligibility according to Indian regulations, and players may place real-money bets only after confirming eligibility. Each individual is allowed only one account; staff will close any duplicate profiles. Players must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for all actions on their account. Failure to meet these conditions may result in account suspension or termination.
Prohibited Uses and Unlawful Activities
Players must use their own payment details and comply with all terms and conditions. The agreement prohibits collusion to alter outcomes and forbids the use of third-party information. Exploiting bonus rules for rewards without genuine play is not allowed. Using automation tools or bots for advantage is strictly prohibited. Initiating a chargeback on a transaction in Indian Rupees breaches the contract and may result in account suspension. Violations of Indian law, including the Information Technology Act or the Public Gambling Act, break the agreement and can lead to account termination.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Identity Verification Standards
At BC.Game, players in India are required to complete an identity check. Each user provides a government-issued photo ID, such as an Aadhaar card or passport, along with proof of address dated within the past 90 days. BC.Game staff verify that the payment method is registered to the account holder. Withdrawal requests receive approval only after this verification process is complete. If the user fails to supply the necessary documents within the specified time, the site may block or suspend the profile.
Consequences of Contract Breach and Account Suspension
BC.Game staff review each violation of the Terms and Conditions and determine the appropriate response. If a user breaks a rule, staff may cancel any unfinished activity on that account. They may also suspend the account temporarily or close it altogether. Indian law permits staff to retain or confiscate any balance linked to fraud or rule violations.
